About

An independent top-up agent based in Jumeirah.

We run a single small service: online top-ups for the Dubai contactless transit card. Nothing else. We are not a transport operator, a bank, an integrator or a government body.

What we built

dubaicardrefill is a private web service that takes three pieces of information — your transit card number, the amount you want to load, and your Visa or Mastercard — and forwards them through a regulated payment processor to the card balance system. The page you read is the entire product. There is no mobile app, no merchant onboarding, no loyalty programme.

We built it because the only ways to top up the card were either to visit a vending machine in person or to install yet another mobile app. Neither is convenient if you live outside walking distance of a station and you do not want to add one more app to your phone. A plain web page works on the device you already have, from anywhere with an internet connection.

Who runs it

A small operational team based in Dubai. We do not publish individual names or photos because the team is small and we would rather not invent fake faces or paid stock portraits. The legal entity behind the service is on file with the licensing authority that issued the commercial registration; the registration number is available for procurement and compliance enquiries on request.

What we explicitly do not do

  • We do not issue or replace the physical transit card.
  • We do not process refunds for trips already taken — those belong to the transport operator.
  • We do not store Visa or Mastercard card numbers on our infrastructure.
  • We do not sell, share or trade the order metadata for marketing purposes.
  • We do not run a loyalty programme, a rewards scheme, or any kind of bonus credit.

How we keep it honest

One processor. One bank account. One mailing address. The receipt you receive after a successful payment matches the order ID printed at the end of the wizard, and that order ID matches the line that hits your card statement. If a top-up fails on the transport side, the payment is reversed to the same card within the standard issuer window.

If anything in the flow surprises you — a delayed credit, a doubled charge, a card refused — write to care@dubaicardrefill.org with the order ID. We answer in plain language, in the same business day for messages received during Dubai working hours, and on the next business day otherwise.
