The contract for using this site.
Plain-language terms for an online top-up agent. Last updated when the footer year was last incremented.
1. What this service is
dubaicardrefill is a private web service that lets you instruct an online top-up of the Dubai contactless transit card by Visa or Mastercard. We are not the transport operator. We do not act as the issuer of the transit card. We do not act as your bank. We are a thin agent that takes your instruction and forwards it to the payment processor and the transit-card balance system.
2. Who can use it
Anyone in possession of a valid Dubai contactless transit card number, a payment card issued by a regulated bank, and the legal capacity to enter into a payment instruction in the United Arab Emirates.
3. Pricing
The amount you pay equals the top-up value you selected plus a service charge listed on the recharge page before you confirm. The receipt shows the breakdown line by line.
4. Crediting times
The top-up is normally credited to the transit card within three minutes of a successful payment. Under heavy maintenance windows the credit can take up to one hour. Beyond that, contact us at care@dubaicardrefill.org with the order ID.
5. Refunds and disputes
Refunds are handled per the refund page. If the dispute cannot be resolved with us, you can raise a chargeback with your card issuer. We will share the matching record with the issuer through the standard channel.
6. What we are not responsible for
- How you use the transit card after the top-up has posted.
- Decisions made by the payment processor or the issuing bank to decline or reverse the approval.
- Service interruptions or maintenance windows in the transit-card balance system.
- Errors caused by a wrong card number you typed yourself, beyond the sixty-minute correction window described on the refund page.
7. Conduct
You must use the service only for transit-card top-ups for your own use or with the explicit permission of the cardholder. You must not attempt to bypass the security of the page, automate requests against it, or use it for any purpose other than topping up a Dubai contactless transit card.
8. Changes to the terms
We can update these terms. The new version replaces the previous one once published. Continued use after the update means you accept it.
9. Governing law
The laws of the United Arab Emirates govern these terms. Any dispute is heard by the competent courts in Dubai.
