Three card profiles, one top-up flow.

We accept the three profiles of the Dubai contactless transit card that allow online top-up. Pick yours during the wizard — it changes nothing about how the funds are loaded, only how we name the receipt.

02 · How it works

Three short steps. No registration required.

1

Type the card number

Ten digits, printed on the back of every Dubai contactless transit card. The field formats itself as you type.

2

Choose an amount

Pick a preset between 5 and 200 AED or enter a custom value. The recap shows what will appear on your statement.

3

Pay by card

Visa or Mastercard, 16 digits, three-digit CVV. The page redirects to the secure payment companion and back.

03 · What this site does

An independent top-up agent for Dubai commuters.

dubaicardrefill is a privately operated online tool that lets riders top up the Dubai contactless transit card without queuing at a vending machine or downloading an extra app. We are not the transport operator. We are not a bank. We are not connected to any government body. We are a thin layer that takes your card number, your amount and your card payment, hands the payment to a regulated processor and forwards the credit instruction to the card balance system.

The whole point of the service is removing two minutes of friction. You open the page, type the ten digits on the back of your card, choose how much you want to load, and pay. That is the entire contract. There is no membership, no promotion, no loyalty programme, no monthly subscription, no obligation to come back.

The card data is processed by the payment processor on the companion page, not by us. We see only what is necessary to forward your top-up request: card number, amount, optional email for the receipt. We keep that record for the time the law requires us to keep it, and not longer. The full policy is on the privacy page if you want the legal language.

04 · Common questions

Ten short answers before you start.

How long does the top-up take to appear on the card?

Usually within three minutes after a successful payment. During heavy maintenance windows the credit can take up to 60 minutes. If nothing arrives after an hour, write to us at care@dubaicardrefill.org with the order ID and we will trace it with the processor.

Which cards can you top up?

The Silver, Personal and Gold profiles of the Dubai contactless transit card, all of which carry a ten-digit number on the back. Single-trip paper tickets and special-event passes are not supported.

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa and Mastercard, sixteen-digit credit and debit cards. American Express, Discover and JCB are not supported on this checkout. Bank transfers and cash are not accepted.

Is there a fee on top of the amount I load?

The amount you pay matches the amount the card receives, with one small service charge listed on the recharge page before you confirm. There are no hidden line items at checkout.

What is the minimum and maximum I can load?

Five AED minimum per transaction, five hundred AED maximum per transaction. The card itself caps the total balance — check on a vending machine if you are unsure how much room remains.

I paid but the card was not credited. What now?

Wait sixty minutes after the payment. If nothing has arrived, email care@dubaicardrefill.org with your order ID (it starts with DXC-) and we will check the processor record. If the credit truly did not land, the payment is refunded to the same card.

Do you store my card data?

The card payment data goes to the processor, not to our server. We keep the order metadata — amount, time, masked card-of-card, transit card number — for the period required by accounting law in the UAE.

Can I get a refund if I changed my mind?

Yes, if the credit has not yet posted to the transit card. After the credit lands on the card, the funds are on the transport network and can only be used for rides. The refund policy page has the full conditions.

Where can I use the card after a top-up?

On the city train network, on city buses, on the water buses across the Creek, at toll-free parking machines that accept the card, and at participating retail terminals across Dubai.

How do I reach support?

Either email care@dubaicardrefill.org or call +971 4 344 1729 during regular business hours, Sunday through Thursday. The contact form on the contacts page also lands in the same mailbox.
